The following are the possible reasons that I could think of (off the top of my head or what I had observed, and for the same reasons why I also read blogs, myself). First off, many people want to stay informed, if not entertained. Second, many followers would also wait for some kind of recommendation. Third, some readers would like to get some advice. Fourth, some fans may want to listen to a blogger and learn about a blogger's experience. As long as there are readers who are willing to follow and read what you share, you can create more opportunities. Hence, the popularity of the world of blogging would seem endless.
